Liu Ruilin, male, Han nationality, born in May 1965. He is the deputy Chief Physician andassociate professor.

He graduated from Hebei Medical University in 1989. After graduating, he worked in the department of thoracic surgery for nearly 25 years. He studied in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital and has rich clinical experience. He is rigorous and responsible for publishing more than 10 papers in national provincial journals. He edited 2 medical books. He has mastered the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases of thoracic surgery. He has actively innovated and obtained a utility model patent in the medical field and a national invention patent. At present, the focus is on advanced open-thoracic radiation particle implantation surgery for lung cancer and minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax and other thoracic diseases. He won one second prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of Hebei Medical Science and Technology Award for his scientific research projects.
