Dr. Wang is currently a chief physician, professor, and master's tutor. She has engaged in the clinical, research and teaching of reproductive endocrinology and infertility assisted reproductive technology. She is currently a member of the Professional Committee of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, a member of the Chinese Women and Children Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Committee, a member of the Maternal and Child Health Guidance Group of the Gynecology Endocrinology Committee of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, and a member of the Maternal and Child Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. She is the deputy secretary-general of the Hebei Provincial Reproductive Health Society, a member of the Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Hebei Provincial Physician Association, the deputy director of the Infertility Committee of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Hebei Province, a member of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee of Hebei Province, and a member of the Hebei Medical Association. Member of the Gynecology Endocrinology Group of the Obstetrics Branch. Deputy Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Pharmacy Committee of Hebei Pharmaceutical Association, lecturer of the National Maternal and Child Health Care Association, lecturer of reproductive health consultant of Hebei Provincial Health Planning Commission, and expert of Hebei Province and Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department.

She won the third prize of the National Women's and Children's Health Skills Competition, the first prize of the Hebei Women's and Children's Health Skills Competition, and gain the national runner-up in the Ziguang Cup Gynecology Good Medical Voice--Excellent Case Speech Competition. She has hosted and participated in more than 10 research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province, and the Health Planning Commission. She was awarded the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Hebei Province and a number of medical science and technology awards. She has published more than 30 academic papers in professional journals and published 8 professional books. She has been awarded the honorary title of Excellent Doctor, Excellent Communist Party Member. She was awarded the honorary title of May 1st Labor Medal by Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
