Ma Jingxue is a nationally renowned specialist of ophthalmology and a professor of the second grade .He earned a master’s degree from the Hebei Medical University(HMU) ,an MD degree from the University of Hamburg in Germany and a number of research results were obtained while he studying abroad .After he returned home ,Professor Ma was  introduced into the Second Hospital of HMU as a top talent ,he conducts  personnel carried out a series of international advanced diagnosis and treatment techniques of eye diseases .Making our department a key medical subject as well as a recognized ophthalmology center for medical care ,training and research in Hebei .Meanwhile ,Dr.Ma are available to offers comprehensively diagnosis and treatments for people who have eye diseases and specializing in imaging diagnosis ,laser treatment and microsurgery of various kinds of eye disorders .As a doctoral supervisor ,he has trained 38 graduate students and 9 doctors .  And more than 100 papers were published in foreign and domestic journal of ophthalmology .Dr.Ma is also the associate director of the Second Hospital of  HMU .He is the chief of the Ophthalmology Department at the second hospital of HMU and research center for eye diseases in Hebei Province . In addition ,he is a standing committee member of ophthalmology in Chinese Medical Association (CMA) ,a member of national committee for Fundus Pathology .

Outpatient service time :every Monday morning ,to make diagnosis and treatment of difficult eye diseases or have a out-of-hospital consultation for difficult cases .
