Shan Lihua, female, Doctor of Medicine.

Professor Shan is currently the director of the Department of Stomatology, the director of Orthodontics, the chief physician and professor of the second hospital of Hebei Medical University. She has trained more than 50 master students.

She is director of Hebei Stomatological Medical Association, chairperson of Orthodontic Committee of Hebei Stomatological Medical Association, vice chairman of sleep specialty of Hebei Physician Association, and leader of stomatology group. She is a visiting scholar at the School of Dentistry in the University of Toronto in Canada and a researcher at the School of Dentistry in the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Professor Shan has published more than 60 articles in professional journals at home and abroad, won one first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Hebei Provincial Health Planning Commission. She has edited or participated in many works and presided over many scientific research projects of the Ministry of personnel, Hebei Provincial Science and Technology department, Hebei Provincial Health Planning Commission and the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. She is familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of various types of malocclusion deformity and takes the lead in carrying out implant anchorage technology, stealth correction technology, lingual correction technology and self-locking bracket correction technology in Hebei province.

She is good at the diagnosis and treatment of complex malocclusion deformities such as periodontal disease, arch protrusion and periodontal disease.

Professor Shan is an expert in the extraction of impacted teeth, the orthodontic sequence treatment of cleft lip and palate.

She has rich experience in the prevention and treatment of oral and maxillofacial development, respiratory disorders (oral breathing) and dental and maxillofacial deformities in children and adolescents.

She also has rich experience in treating adults with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.

She conducted in-depth studies on the basis and clinical application of anchorage implants.
