She is the chief inspector and a master’s supervisor. She is a member of the Reproductive Medicine and Reproductive Ethics Branch of the Chinese Association of Eugenics, a member of the Standing Committee of the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of the Hebei Preventive Medicine Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Genetics Advisory Branch of the Hebei Genetic Society, and a member of the Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Hebei Medical Association. In addition, she is a member of Hebei Provincial Assisted Reproductive Technology Quality Management and Control Center, a member of Hebei Province Assisted Reproductive Technology Management Expert Library.

She has been engaged in assisted reproductive technology for more than 20 years. She specializes in intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo and gamete freezing and thawing, assisted hatching, sperm optimization and other techniques, especially in the quality control and management of embryonic laboratories. The embryonic slow and vitrification techniques, egg freezing techniques and the cultivation of immature eggs have been carried out successfully. She has rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in embryonic laboratory of reproductive medicine, and is one of the main completions of the first frozen-thawed embryo test-tube baby in Hebei Province. She has published more than 30 papers in domestic professional journals and participated in 4 books. She has won 5 first and second prizes of Hebei Medical Science and Technology Award and 1 third prize of Provincial Science and Technology Commission. She has filled in 2 blanks in the province and won 3 hospital technology innovation awards.
